Mentaltraining & Coaching for anyone who wants tu use their potential and find clarity.
Find out what makes you happy, not only on paper, but also off paper.
Evolve or repeat, you decide!
Are you a top performer, job hopper, or possibly even consider yourself
at risk for "burnout" and you are looking for more clarity on what truly makes
you happy?
Maybe the following sounds familiar to you:
→ You are missing direction in life and you don't know (anymore) where the journey is going for you
→ You are often "stressed out" because of your current job situation
→ You want to find a new path, get your career going and earn money with things that
bring you joy
→ The actions you've taken so far just aren't delivering the results you'd hoped for
Let's talk neurology!
Based on how your brain works, changes become possible. You learn how you function and use it to achieve your goals.
You understand your thoughts, feelings and behavior and can use the tools in future contexts - independently and autonomously.
Clear vision, goals & steps
You gain clarity on what you really want, what makes you happy and how to achieve your goals. Create freedom and find your purpose in life.
With the help of various methods of mental training and coaching, I support you in developing exactly the skills that you need to gain clarity about what motivates you and where you want your journey to go. And most importantly: how to get into action and leave the unhappiness behind for good.
In addition, learn in the coaching process how to actually use your knowledge of personal deve-lopment to sustainably shape your life the way you want it to be.
Full of self-determination, self-confidence and freedom in thinking, feeling and action.
you continue to live your life exactly as you have for the next 20 years, where will you be in life? What does it look like, who is part of it? What is the result of making the same choices, showing the same behavior, feeling the exact same emotions? And from there, when you look back at your "now" and everything that has happened since, how happy are you?
you took action now, got clarity about what you really want and got rid of your fears, mental barriers and bad habits? If you understood yourself, knew your needs and focused on yourself and your well-being with a good sense of conscience and feeling? What will your life look like 20 years from now? What opportunities will have presented themselves to you? How happy are you looking back at the "now"?
Evolve or Repeat? is a question that has stuck with me for over 10 years now, and one that keeps reminding me that we are always just one decision away from changing our entire lives.
Unfortunately, personal development is not always that easy, because very few of us were taught in school how to be in tune with ourselves and how to live our lives following the question of what really makes us happy. Or how to understand and change ourselves, our feelings, thoughts and (most importantly) unconscious behavior.
As a licensed trainer of the Society of NLP™ and one of the few academically certified Life Coaches (B.Sc.) in the world, I support people in doing just that, setting out on the journey to personal happiness and excellence.

What is coaching?Coaching can be defined as relationship-based process support. The coach supports his coachee in activating his own resources independently (systemically) and in developing individually appropriate strategies to solve his own issues in the long term. With the help of various methods, by changing perspectives or mindsets and learning new behaviors, thinking, feeling and acting are adapted in a goal-oriented manner so that you know and achieve your goals. Usually, but not exclusively, these are issues of stabilization and self-actualization.

What is the difference between coaching, therapy and life coaching? The main difference lies in the fact that coaching is not structured in a problem-focused but result-focused manner, and the coach and coachee work together on an equal footing without there being any hierarchical dependency. People who have pathological findings - whose self-management is not intact - often opt for therapy. People go to counseling who want direction and advice on how to live their lives. In coaching, resource-oriented approaches are usually used, which enable the coachee to recognize and achieve their own goals. The coach does not see the coachee as deficient or ill, but as a self-responsible person who just doesn't quite know the "how" yet.

For whom is coaching helpful?Coaches don't play. In my perception, coaching is helpful for everyone who finds their life difficult at one point or another. Regardless of whether you are a coach or have never dealt with personal development - understanding the structures of your own problems and understanding how to change them can be enriching on many levels. And I'm by no means excluding myself ;) People learn so many things for life at school - just mostly not how to regulate themselves or how to go from brain owner to brain user. We are not given a manual on how to reliably break bad habits, how to regulate emotions, or even how they arise. And you're not immediately "mentally ill" or broken just because you don't fully understand it and don't know how to control it. If you have a topic that burdens you, blocks you, or you are simply "lost" - coaching is suitable for you. If you are exhausted or constantly feeling negative, coaching is for you. If you don't know your goals, don't reach them or they don't satisfy you - coaching is suitable for you. In the end you know best what is good and right for you and whether coaching is an option for you to make your life easier.

Why is it worth investing in coaching? Here I can only speak for myself and not for others. The question you might be asking yourself here is: "How much is it worth to me to have my problem solved?". Coaching is not about the one hour of my time that you "buy", but about the long-term result when your thinking, feeling and acting has changed with regard to your topic. If our coaching worked perfectly for you, what is different in your life and what might change in other areas of life? The prize is aimed at individual change and its scope, also in other overlapping areas of life.

Is it all about life design, reorientation and happiness for you?Happiness - definitely! Life design, reorientation & career are just the context in which various topics can be found. The following types of problems can e.g. be categorized: - Burnout symptoms: stress, exhaustion or dissatisfaction - Insecurities: about yourself, life or business - Performance: Your performance doesn't make you happy - or others don't and you have a problem with it - Self-image: Perception from the outside different from one's own, do not know competences and abilities - Aimlessness: Not knowing goals, setting goals inappropriately, not achieving goals - Congruence: doing something that doesn't make you happy or not doing something that makes you unhappy - Motivation: not knowing what is really really really important to you - Blockages: lack of understanding of how you function and why you do what you do - Missing strategies: Not understanding how exactly you can adjust the way you think, feel, and act, to achieve your goal or get rid of your frustration/anxiety/block - Communication: inappropriate way of talking to yourself and/or others - bad habits: inappropriate behavior that blocks the achievement of goals Basically, the neural structures of the problems people have are the same - we just fill them all with different content. Accordingly, the topics are quite irrelevant and you can also use the coaching for other areas of life. E.g.: solving fears and phobias, relationship issues, health aspects, (competitive) sports, business development, high performance and much more.

Does the coaching take place on site or online? Both are possible, my coaching rooms are in Hamburg, in Rübenkamp 80, where I am also active as a coach and trainer for Mindvisory am.
-
What is meant by mental training and mental coaching? These are aspects of coaching that relate to mental performance. The training is the direct learning of new ways of thinking and behaving, guided by repetition.
-
Who are you not working with?In general, I have two main filters when selecting coachees: You must really want to change I can have fun with you in the process Humor and fun are conducive to human neuroplasticity and facilitate learning - even if personal development is not always easy, growth and further development should be fun and associated with ease .. at least that's what I think.

I'm unemployed and don't know if I can afford coaching - are there any funding opportunities? In fact, I work together with the employment agency and the job center and you can use a AVGS voucher of the agencies get paid a certain number of hours. Just write me and I will support you in the process of applying for such a voucher.

How many hours does it take to solve my problem/achieve my goal?Often it only takes one session. People are one-trial learners, so it only takes one important experience to change something instantly. Most people only touch a stovetop once. Sometimes, however, it takes a few hours longer: especially for topics that are on a higher neurological level, such as identity, value or mindset topics, If the nervous system is still very much trained to produce stress hormones (especially cortisol) due to a previous mental illness or a long-term negative phase of life, it can make sense to plan the coaching over a longer period of time to ensure that the Hormone production co-evolved with cognitive change.

What coaching approach do you use?I wouldn't call it more of an approach than a style. Working with my coaches has confirmed that I can be flexible in my choice of method, because every person deserves an individual consideration of their issues and I see it as a coach's job to do what is necessary to help you as quickly and as quickly as possible get you from A to B effectively. Through my training, my coaching style is characterized above all by the use of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and a systemic holistic approach that sees people as a whole on the mind-body level and subconscious work. Sometimes it makes sense to integrate nuances of training and mentoring into the process. It all depends on you and your topic and what you specifically need to achieve your goal in the easiest way.

How do I know you're the right coach for me?I would like to answer that for you, but you can decide that for yourself. There are so many coaches who do a great job and everyone does it in a different way. The first step is to trust yourself and your gut feeling. Of course we can talk on the phone and you can ask any questions you have and get a better picture of me. (But if you want to be supported by a really competent coach with many years of experience in the field of personality development and change work in terms of mental processes - and still have fun? - I am 100% your girl) < /p>

How long does it take to get an appointment? You will usually get an initial appointment within 5 days and the coaching can usually start within 14 days.
